These terms are the agreement between you and Heonimoon LLC (“Heonimoon,” “we”) for heonimoon.com and everything we sell here. By placing an order ( including free downloads ), you agree to them. They sit alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

What We Sell.
Digital widgets for Notion, sold one at a time and in bundles, plus free downloads. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you receive an activation guide and your order details by email. You activate with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and you receive a sync code that unlocks the widgets you bought.
You need your own Notion account and an internet connection to use the widgets. Heonimoon is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.
Prices and Payment.
· Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
· Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
· Payments are handled by our payment processors ( card and PayPal ). Your card details never touch our servers.
· Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may expire.
Your License.
When you buy a widget, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own Notion pages, for as long as we offer it. Each order can create up to 3 sync codes, so you can set things up on your own pages and devices.
You may not:
· Resell, share, give away, or publish the widgets, your activation details, or your sync code.
· Copy, rebuild, or reverse engineer the widgets’ code, designs, or artwork.
· Present our work as your own.
Showing your setup in photos, videos, and posts is welcome and encouraged! All widget code, designs, and artwork stay the property of Heonimoon and our artists.
Your Content.
What you type or upload into a widget ( entries, events, photos, and so on ) belongs to you. So it can sync between your devices, it is stored with our cloud provider, Google Firebase, under your sync code. We only access it to keep the widgets running, to help you when you ask, or when the law requires it.
Please keep your sync code private. Anyone who has it can see and change what is saved under it. And please keep your own copy of anything important to you.
Availability.
The widgets run online and rely on Notion, our hosting, and our cloud provider. We work hard to keep them running, but we can’t promise they will never be interrupted. If we ever need to retire a widget, we will email its buyers ahead of time.
Refunds.
Because our products are digital and delivered right away, all sales are final, as explained in our Refund Policy. If something doesn’t activate or work, email us and we will help you get it running.
If You’re in the EU, EEA, or UK.
· Right of withdrawal. Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery starts, but only if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed you understood you would lose the right to cancel. We ask for both with a checkbox at checkout and confirm it in your order email. If you did not give that consent, you can cancel within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund by emailing us.
· Products that don’t work. If a product doesn’t work as described, you have the right to have it fixed. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
· Your local laws. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Reviews.
Only customers who bought a product can review it. We never write, buy, or edit reviews. We remove spam and abusive content.
Fair Use.
Please don’t try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the site or the activation system, and don’t use the widgets for anything illegal. We may disable a sync code that is being misused or shared publicly. When we can, we will contact you first.
Liability.
Where the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or any consumer right that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. If you are a consumer outside the US, the mandatory laws of your own country still protect you, as described above.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
